Day 5: Mindful Words, Magical Outcomes

Today was a good day.
I wasn’t vibing quite as high as yesterday, but I still felt grounded and calm—radiating a quiet kind of happiness.

Yesterday afternoon, I went on the most beautiful walk. The weather was perfect, I had tons of energy, and I was listening to a podcast by David Ghiyam. The message? Negativity.

🕊 “When we speak negatively, we draw negativity. When we speak with love and light, we draw miracles.” — Rav Berg, Kabbalah Centre

David challenged listeners to speak kindly, resist gossip, and shift into loving consciousness. Whether or not you study Kabbalah, what a powerful way to live.

I’ll be honest—I’ve definitely been drawn into the teacher gossip at school. I’ve said things I regretted or talked about people behind their backs. It never feels good afterward. That old quote—“Loose lips sink ships”—always rings in my ears. (Pretty sure my mom used to say that growing up.)

So today, I set an intention:
✨ No gossip.
✨ No criticism.
✨ No negative talk—about myself or others.

And let me tell you, within 30 minutes of waking up, I caught myself twice about to complain about something trivial. I stopped, took a breath, and reframed my complaint into a statement of gratitude. Then I put two small Sharpie dots on my hand—one for each negative impulse. My plan was to add a dot anytime I spoke with negativity.

The best part? I didn’t add any more dots the rest of the day.

Thoughts, of course, are a little trickier to manage. But I really tried to stay aware—to seek out joy, to reframe, to stay in the light. And it worked. I felt clear. Peaceful. On track.

Kabbalah teaches that certainty and positive consciousness are the keys to unlocking miracles. When we dwell in doubt or negativity, it’s like telling the universe, “I don’t believe anything good is coming.”
And the universe always responds to what you project.

After school today, I skipped my usual walk. A gentle rain moved in—so instead, I took a warm bath (total luxury) and read Ask and It Is Given, one of my favorite books on the Law of Attraction.

No matter how many times I read it, I always walk away with something new. Tonight, it was a section called “A Consistent Formula Gives You Consistent Results.”

“Like learning the basics of mathematics and then understanding the results of their applications, you will now have a formula for understanding your world that will always be consistent… so consistent that you will be able to predict your future experiences with absolute accuracy, and understand your past with a knowing that was previously unavailable to you.”

Yes. That’s what this blog is about.
Consistency.
Discipline.
Light.
Gratitude.
Belief.

I will be consistent.
And I will watch the miracles unfold.

Today I am grateful for:

🌧️ The rainy weather that gave me a reason to slow down and rest.
🛁 A peaceful, uninterrupted bath and the time to reflect.
📚 Books that speak directly to my soul, no matter how many times I read them.
🧠 Awareness of my thoughts and the ability to gently redirect them.
🖊️ This blog, which keeps me anchored and intentional.
🎧 Podcasts that help me grow and reconnect to the light.
🤍 My kind, helpful husband.
👩‍🏫 A career that challenges me to be more patient, more present, and more compassionate.
👧🏻 My children—their joy, chaos, curiosity, and love.
✨ The opportunity to create the life I dream of, one aligned thought at a time.

Manifestation Practice:

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that I consistently speak with love, patience, and light. My words uplift, heal, and inspire those around me.

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that I live free of negativity and doubt. I trust that the universe is always working in my favor.

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that my writing reaches and resonates with thousands of people. My work is purposeful and abundant.

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that my husband is thriving in a job he loves—flexible, fulfilling, and aligned with his gifts.

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that our children are thriving. They are happy, emotionally strong, and deeply connected to themselves and to us.

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that our family travels often and effortlessly, creating memories that last a lifetime.

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home—full of warmth, light, and everything we ever hoped for.

💫 I am so happy and grateful now that miracles show up for us every day, in both big and quiet ways.

As I wrap up today’s reflection, I’m holding deep gratitude for the small wins, the awareness of my thoughts, and the continued commitment to this journey. I know that each intentional step I take is bringing me closer to the life I’ve envisioned.

🌟 Mini Mantra:
“I am aligned, I am certain, and I am ready to receive.”

Here’s to showing up, staying consistent, and watching the miracles unfold. ✨

Day 4: Five Minutes, Big Magic

Y’all—I’m having the BEST day. Like, next-level, high-vibe, totally-connected-to-the-light-of-the-Creator kind of day. And honestly? It feels so good.

I can’t quite pinpoint what makes today different from yesterday. Maybe it’s the fact that my toddler didn’t wake me up as many times last night (bless!). But it’s more than that—I just feel calm. At peace. Happy. Certain. And somehow, this state of flow has managed to carry me through a full day of teaching, redirecting, and loving a class of 17 kindergartners. That alone is a miracle, if you ask me.

This morning, I decided to play 528HZ frequencies as ambient music in my classroom. Game changer. I swear it chills me out, and I’m hoping it does the same for my students. I notice I’m way less reactive when it’s playing—like my nervous system has taken a deep breath and finally exhaled. I feel more present, more patient, more aligned. It’s magic, plain and simple.

And then came a moment of unexpected stillness.

While heating up my lunch in the teacher lounge, I found myself with five whole minutes of stillness. No phone. No emails. No to-do list tugging at me. Just me and the microwave countdown. And instead of reaching for something to fill the space, I chose something different: visualization.

The chair I was sitting in reminded me of an airport terminal seat, and just like that—I closed my eyes and imagined that’s exactly where I was.

In my vision, it was spring break, and my family and I were at the airport, about to board a plane to St. John. My boys were glued to their devices (classic), the girls were stocking up on candy, and I was joyfully watching it all unfold. I imagined sipping a mimosa with my husband, boarding our first-class seats, and hearing steel drums welcome us upon arrival in St. Thomas.

I followed the daydream all the way onto the ferry bound for St. John—my heart bursting with joy as I pictured my kids squealing on the top deck, wind in their hair, eyes wide with excitement. I imagined arriving on the island where my husband and I made so many beautiful memories—dating, getting engaged, and eventually married there. And waiting for us? Two Jeeps to take us to our dream house for the week.

Just as I stepped into the front seat of one of those Jeeps—ding!—my lunch was ready, and I was snapped back into reality.

But the beautiful part? My reality is also something I’m deeply grateful for. And I know—truly know—that in order to receive the desires of my heart, I must be okay without them. I must be certain that what I seek is already mine. That the universe is always listening. That everything I want is in motion.

So I enjoy what is. I show up with joy. I do my best to connect my soul to Source. And I work to embody the same love and light that the Creator is made of.

Because magic isn’t just in the big moments—it’s in microwave countdowns and five-minute daydreams, too. ✨

Today I am grateful for:

☁️ The cloud cover and cooler temps—perfect weather for my afternoon walk.

💫 My husband’s shared interest in manifesting and Kabbalah. It’s so meaningful to grow together spiritually.

📚 My job. Teaching truly matters. Some of these kids will remember me—and the life lessons I’ve shared—for years to come.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 My parents. Their support has shaped so much of who I am.

💇‍♀️ My fresh haircut and highlights. When my hair looks good, I feel good—and that confidence carries into everything I do.

🛒 The grocery store just around the corner. It makes last-minute dinner plans a whole lot easier.

🌐 The internet. (Let’s be honest—it keeps life running.)

📖 Books. I love to read, and the insights I’ve gained—especially about the Law of Attraction—have been life-changing.

💪 A healthy body that lets me teach, parent, walk, clean, and do all the little things that add up to a full life.

👦👦👧👧👧 My children. Each of their personalities is such a gift. They bring me endless joy… even when they make me want to pull my hair out. 😉

Manifestation Practice:

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that my husband has found a job he truly loves. The hours are flexible, the work is fulfilling, and he’s thriving and growing within the company every day.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that all of my children are thriving. They are joyful, kind, easygoing, helpful, and respectful—and I am incredibly proud to be their mom.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that we are living in our dream home on the lake. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that we have complete financial freedom, with millions of dollars in the bank and abundance continuing to flow to us with ease.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that we travel the world together—exploring breathtaking places, embracing new cultures, and creating lifelong memories as a family.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that I drive my dream car—a white Escalade that fits our family perfectly and feels like a luxury every time I get behind the wheel.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that I work from home, doing what I love most—writing. My words inspire others, and my career brings both creative fulfillment and financial freedom.

Each day, I’m becoming more aligned with the life I’ve envisioned—because I know the more joy, gratitude, and certainty I carry in my heart, the closer it all comes. And honestly? It already feels like mine. ✨

Day 4: Showing Up, Even When It’s Hard

Today was… okay. It was my first official day back at school with students after spring break, and while I tried to stay positive, the energy wasn’t quite as high as it had been over the break. Still, I think I did a pretty good job of holding it together. The day was actually pretty smooth—it just felt like a big shift from the freedom of a week without alarms and to-do lists.

Teaching kindergarten is such a unique calling. It’s incredibly rewarding—but it’s also deeply exhausting. Yes, I’m teaching five- and six-year-olds how to read, write, and understand math. But more importantly, I’m teaching them how to be kind, empathetic humans. That kind of work is emotional and endless—and it absolutely takes a toll.

After work, I went on a walk and listened to my favorite podcast again. For whatever reason, I was dragging today. I could feel it in my body, and I think my level of consciousness reflected it, too.

But here’s the thing: Even on a mid-vibe day, I’m still showing up. I’m still writing. Still dreaming. Still plugging into this vision I believe in so fully. That’s the work. Not just when it’s easy—but when it’s hard.

Today I am grateful for:

  • Really good ranch dressing
  • Walks with my husband
  • Good music
  • Students who tell me they love me
  • Supportive student parents
  • Reading to my son before bed
  • My personal children’s teachers
  • Great neighbors
  • My college education
  • My parents

Manifestation Practice:

I am so happy and grateful now that I write full time from home. I’ve published multiple books and built a career that is both wildly successful and deeply fulfilling.

I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home. It’s exactly as we envisioned—expansive, immaculate, warm, and welcoming. It’s our favorite place on earth.

I am so happy and grateful now that money flows freely to us. We can do what we want, go where we want, give generously, and live joyfully. Our lives are abundant beyond measure.

I am so happy and grateful now that we travel the world together. We’ve explored countless countries as a family, always in comfort and luxury. Whether it’s first class or private, five-star resorts or charming villas, travel is our favorite shared adventure—and we do it often.

Last night, as I tried to fall asleep, I felt a wave of anxiety creep in. But then I remembered something from the podcast: Anxiety is simply uncertainty about the future. The more certain I am that everything is unfolding as it should, the faster it will arrive.

So I chose to let go. I reminded myself: All is well. All will be well. What I’ve asked for is on its way—in perfect timing.

And that’s what I’m learning—manifestation isn’t about perfection. It’s about persistence. It’s about holding the vision, even on the messy, tired, not-so-magical days. It’s about believing in the beauty of what’s coming, while showing up for what is.

Each time I write these words, I’m reminding myself: I am co-creating something beautiful. One aligned step at a time. ✨

Day 3: Living the Vision Before It Arrives

I’d love to write first thing in the morning, but I’m already up by 5:30 (5:40 at the absolute latest!!!) to get myself and my five kids ready for school. This year—for the first time—we all go to the same school, which is SO freaking awesome. But… we also have to be there by 7:00 AM. 😳

Honestly, I’m impressed we make it most days. Huge shoutout to my husband—he handles the early wake-ups, breakfast chaos, hair crises, and kid-wrangling like a champ. I couldn’t do it without him!

Tonight’s reflection comes as I wind down for bed. Morning writing would be ideal, but there’s something peaceful about nighttime journaling—it’s quiet, reflective, and the perfect way to release the day and reset for tomorrow.

Spring break is officially over, but today was surprisingly wonderful. Teachers had PD while the kids had an extra day off, which probably helped. And I got the rare gift of a two-hour lunch (!), which I spent walking outside and listening to a podcast about Kabbalah. ✨

A few powerful takeaways I scribbled down:

  • Anything is possible—and the Creator wants to give it all to me.
  • My desire + my certainty = miracles.
  • I’ll receive what I want when I no longer need it to be happy.
  • Anxiety means I don’t trust the future.
  • Pause. What a pleasure. Thank you.

(That last one would’ve come in handy when my 3-year-old went full wild banshee mode at the grocery store. Thankfully, my older kids helped detain her until I caught up. 😅)

During my walk, FIVE white Escalades passed me. Coincidence? I don’t think so. That’s the exact car I’m manifesting. Each one gave me a spark of excitement—I imagined it was mine and felt what it would be like to drive it. Later, I passed a gorgeous ski boat and did the same. The universe is definitely nudging me: “It’s on the way.”

🌿 Gratitude List Today:

  • A later start to my workday
  • A two-hour lunch
  • A healthy, home-cooked dinner
  • Self-discipline
  • Health
  • Creativity
  • My husband’s helpful nature
  • Organic wine 😉
  • My job
  • Wearing comfy clothes for PD day!

📝 Manifestation Practice:

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that next year is my final year of teaching—and I’ll be able to write full time from home. My career is thriving, and I support my family doing what I love.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home—spacious, warm, and full of joy.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that we travel the world often, making unforgettable memories.

✨ I am so happy and grateful now that money flows to us easily and abundantly—we have more than enough.

✨ I am so lucky. Good things always happen to me.

I’m planning to explore meditation and a positive self-talk app to deepen this mindset shift. Oh—and I started entering sweepstakes again. Trips and cash are coming my way. 😉

I trust the timing of my life. I’m grounded in gratitude, clear in my vision, and wide open to the abundance headed my way.

✨ Bring it on, Universe. I’m ready. 💫

Day 2: Quick but Meaningful

Today is a little bit quicker than yesterday. It’s been a busy Sunday filled with errands and sports practices and games for my boys. Now that it’s almost 8:00 at night, I don’t feel particularly compelled to sit and write for an hour—but I’m reminding myself that that’s okay. Even if it’s short, it still counts.

One thing I am proud of today: I started my morning with gratitude and made a conscious effort to carry that mindset with me throughout the day. So, without further ado, here are ten things I’m grateful for today:

  • My husband
  • My kids’ friends and their families
  • Soccer
  • Curbside grocery pickup
  • Our family walk
  • Seeing my students while out and about in the neighborhood
  • A home-cooked meal
  • A warm shower
  • Good TV
  • Community

And now, moving on to manifesting my future desires…

I am so happy and grateful now that I am a full-time writer.
I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream house on the lake.
I am so happy and grateful now that my husband has his dream career.
I am so happy and grateful now that we travel whenever and wherever we’d like.
I am so happy and grateful now that money is abundant. We have millions and millions of dollars in the bank. We can be, do, and have whatever we want.

Earlier today, while driving to my son’s soccer game, a song came on that sparked a quick visualization. As I listened, I closed my eyes and pictured our family out on the lake in our ski boat. I saw my son wakeboarding, the song blaring from the boat speakers as we all cheered him on. My husband was driving, hat backward, smiling. The other kids were chanting my son’s name to the rhythm of the music. The air smelled like sunscreen. It was such a joyful, vivid scene—and I can’t wait to watch it manifest for our family.

Last night and today, I read a little more from my book. It’s… meh. But I did take away one simple idea I really liked: Try to be a little bit better every day than you were the day before. That’s what I focused on today.

Spring break is officially over, and I head back to school tomorrow. My patience and sanity will be tested, I’m sure. But I’m determined to stay positive, to believe everything is unfolding exactly as it should. My manifestations are on their way. I will live in joy now. I will live in joy then. I can—and will—be happy with or without them. But I can’t wait to watch them come to life.

365 Days to Abundance: Day 1 of My Manifestation Practice

Here we go. Day 1. Let the journey begin.

In all the books I’ve read about the law of attraction and manifesting desires, there’s one common thread: the power of gratitude. The more you appreciate what you have, the more the universe delivers things to be grateful for.

So, this morning—and every morning moving forward—I’m taking time to reflect on ten things I’m truly grateful for. Why ten? Because honestly, I could go on and on about the blessings in my life. Throughout my day, I find myself saying thank you for the smallest and biggest things. But starting with ten helps me center my focus and sets the tone for everything else that follows.

Here is my gratitude list for today:

  1. Thank you for my family. I am so lucky to have them in my life.
  2. Thank you for my home. It keeps my family safe, warm, and comfortable.
  3. Thank you for my job. I love the people I work with and the opportunity to positively influence children’s lives.
  4. Thank you for my car. It fits my entire family and allows us to safely get where we need to go.
  5. Thank you for my extended family. I’m grateful to have a support system that loves me and my family unconditionally.
  6. Thank you for this beautiful day. The sky is blue, the sun is warm, and I love sitting outside and soaking in the fresh air.
  7. Thank you for our health. My family and I are so fortunate to live without limitations in this season of life.
  8. Thank you for spring break. I’m so lucky to have a career that allows me to enjoy time off and make memories with my family.
  9. Thank you for the healthy, fresh food we have access to every day. It nourishes us and gives us energy.
  10. Thank you for my newfound knowledge of Kabbalah. It’s been a grounding force and has renewed my spiritual energy in such a meaningful way.

I plan to reread my list several times today and truly sit with the feelings of gratitude that come from reflecting on all that I’m thankful for.

With my gratitude practice complete, I’m now setting clear intentions for what I want to call into my life. I’ll write as if these dreams are already my reality, feeling the emotions they bring.

I am so happy and grateful now that I am a full-time writer working from home. Each morning, I start my day with a warm cup of coffee in my favorite cozy spot, sunlight streaming through the windows as I write with ease and inspiration. I love the flexibility of my career—it allows me to set my own schedule and be fully present for my family. The financial freedom it provides has given us the ability to travel, create beautiful memories, and live comfortably. I feel so proud of the recognition and respect I’ve earned by doing what I love, and it fills me with joy to know my words inspire and connect with others around the world.

I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home. Our house is spacious and welcoming, with enough room for each of our children to have their own space to relax and grow. We have a bright game room filled with laughter, a cozy movie room where we snuggle up for family nights, a workout room that keeps us energized, and private offices where my husband and I feel focused and inspired. Outside, our beautiful pool sparkles in the sun, and the outdoor living space is perfect for hosting friends and family. The sprawling green lawn is where the kids play freely, their laughter filling the air. We love entertaining here—there’s always so much to do, and our home feels warm, immaculate, and inviting for every guest who visits.

✨✨ I am so happy and grateful now that my family is able to travel the world together. Our options for transportation, destinations, and experiences are limitless. I am always filled with excitement and anticipation for our next adventure. Sometimes it’s just my husband and me, reconnecting on a romantic getaway; other times, we travel with the kids, extended family, or close friends, creating lifelong memories together. Our children embrace each new culture with curiosity and gratitude, growing into compassionate, open-minded citizens of the world. Every journey brings us closer as a family, and I love the joy and wonder we share exploring this beautiful planet.

The last part of my daily manifestation practice is to choose one scene to meditate on. Today I am going to imagine my family and I enjoying a day at a resort in Virgin Gorda called Oil Nut Bay. I have found pictures online of the exact villa we will stay in. As I imagine, I am going to use my five senses to bring the scene to life. Here are a few pictures that I will use for inspiration.

I’m wrapping up today with 30 to 60 minutes of reading from this book. I’ll let you know what insights come up tomorrow! That’s it for Day 1—cheers to 364 more days of manifesting greatness ahead!

The Reset

Welcome to my reset.

Over the last few years, this site has sat dormant, though the idea of it has bounced around in my mind almost constantly. There have been distractions. Life is busy. I have five kids and a full-time job teaching kindergarten. Most days, I’m overstimulated, tired, and tapped out.

But I know at my soul level that I need to be writing. I need to be visualizing, creating, and bringing my dreams to life. And I know they’ll manifest because of the effort I’m putting in now.

My kids and I are on spring break now. It’s been nice, and the break from our usual go-go-go lifestyle has been a welcome reprieve. But I want more. I want to show my kids the world. I want to load all five of them onto a plane—first class, of course—and whisk them away to a tropical island, sharing my love of travel and luxury destinations.

I’m not going to lie—life has been hard lately. And I know that writing it, thinking it, and saying it out loud might go against the Law of Attraction, but I feel like I need to be transparent so you all know where I’m starting from.

Over the past year, my husband and I have struggled tremendously. Our relationship has been tested, and we’ve seriously considered divorce more than once. Financial stress has become our norm, and to top it all off, my husband resigned from his job at the end of January and is currently unemployed.

It would be easy to give up. It would make sense to feel depressed and hopeless. And while we’ve felt those emotions deeply, we’ve managed to rise above them, stay positive, and remain certain that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

I wanted to share all of this so you can understand my purpose for writing every day. From here on out, my posts will be part of my work to manifest the life we’ve always dreamed of.

You may be wondering why I’m sharing this journey so publicly. I wholeheartedly believe we have the power to create our own reality, and I want to show you exactly how I’m doing it. And maybe—just maybe—you’ll feel inspired to do the same, so we can all live the joyful, prosperous, love-filled life we came here to experience.

Blogging also keeps me consistent. Ultimately, I want to write, dream, imagine, and create every single day—and this outlet inspires me to show up and do just that.

Can I do this for 365 days? I can. I will. And the miracles will unfold.

Next spring break, I’ll be posting from my terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea—with my husband by my side and our five kids splashing in the pool, living the life we’ve dreamed of together.

Because in the end, it’s not just about the view or the destination—it’s about sharing it with the people I love most.

Waking up- a JOURNAL EXERCISE

Today I woke up and had to remind myself that I wasn’t dreaming. I am sleeping in my dream bedroom, in my dream house, in my dream life… But it is no longer a dream, but reality. This is the life I live and breathe every. single. day.

I draw the curtains open and with a flip of a switch turn on the fire. My bedroom awakens for the day. Our chef knows I like coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake every morning, and I woke up a tad early today to enjoy my first cup while the house is still asleep.

I smell breakfast cooking downstairs. It is made to order each day for both my husband, myself, and the kids. I slip out of my bedroom and onto the vast balcony wrapped up in a fresh, warm robe that smells like clean laundry. Each morning our housekeeper hangs a plush, white robe outside of my bedroom door. I am so grateful that she does the laundry and that I no longer have to bother with it. My slippers are placed next to my bed every night before I turn in for bed. It feels like every day starts with a big, warm hug.

As I drink my coffee on the balcony I watch the ducks swim by. An occasional boat passes sending ripples across the otherwise flat, still lake. I breathe in the cool morning air and exhale slowly. I have created this life, and I will continue to create joyously each and every day.
