Day 6: Spit Happensโ€”But So Does Gratitude

Pause. What a Pleasure. Thank You.

This simple little phrase turned my entire day around.

I was on cafeteria duty during lunch todayโ€”which, as a kindergarten teacher, basically means crowd control, package-opening services, and fruit-peeling on demand. It’s chaotic, loud, and overstimulating… especially for those not fluent in tuning out noise. Luckily, with five kids of my own and over a decade of classroom experience, Iโ€™ve earned my noise-canceling badge of honor.

When Chaos Strikes

In the middle of the usual cafeteria madness, one of my studentsโ€”who had already been pushing boundaries all dayโ€”spit in another studentโ€™s face.

Yep. That happened.

When I confronted him, he escalated instantlyโ€ฆ and so did my blood pressure. But hereโ€™s the thingโ€”Iโ€™ve been listening to a podcast that shares grounding practices, and in that moment, one phrase came to mind. I reached for it like a life raft.

Pause. What a pleasure. Thank you.

I whispered it to myself.

And then I repeated it.

Thank you for this job.
Thank you for these amazing children I get to work with each day.
Thank you for the opportunity to positively influence this little boyโ€”even on his worst day.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The Power of a Simple Shift

That one moment pulled me back into gratitude. Instead of spiraling into โ€œUgh, Iโ€™m so done with this. I hate my job. This kid is on my last nerve,โ€ I felt… thankful.

I felt thankful for the kid who needed me most in that moment.
Thankful for the tiny raised hands asking for help.
Thankful for my former studentsโ€”now big, confident first gradersโ€”who ran over to give me hugs as they walked in for lunch.

Gratitude for the noise.
Gratitude for the chaos.
Gratitude for the joy.

Because thatโ€™s what itโ€™s really about, right? Feeling good in the now. And feeling good in the now is whatโ€™s going to fast-track all my manifestations to me.

Ten More Things I’m Grateful For Today

Sometimes I like to take my gratitude a step further. So here are ten more things Iโ€™m appreciating today:

1. My Community

I live in the same neighborhood where I teach, and today was Career Day. So many parents and community members came outโ€”even in the drizzleโ€”to share their time and talents with our kids.

2. Itโ€™s Friday

Need I say more?

3. Date Night

My husband and I have started going out on Friday nights while our oldest son “babysits” the others. We hit a nearby restaurant, grab a drink, and actually finish full sentences. Itโ€™s amazing.

4. Coffee

Two cups a day. Non-negotiable. I love it deeply.

5. Good T.V.

This week I binged A Body in the Snow: The Trial of Karen Read and OMGโ€ฆ I COULD. NOT. STOP. Watching.

6. My Admin Team

Supportive, positive, and truly invested in our school. Good leadership makes all the difference.

7. My Next-Door Neighbor

Also my lifelong BFF. She orders family meals from a local business and always shares her leftovers with me. Itโ€™s basically magic.

8. Pizza Fridays at School

Pizza means I donโ€™t have to pack lunch for most of my kids. Automatic win.

9. The Ocean

Itโ€™s my happy place. Even just picturing it puts me in a better mood.

10. DoorDash

Overslept today, forgot to pack lunchโ€”blessed be the DoorDash gods. I ordered a veggie burger from P. Terryโ€™s (Iโ€™ve been a vegetarian for years) and it hit the spot.

Manifestation Time โœจ

Gratitude raises my vibrationโ€”and once Iโ€™m there, I love to play in the energy of my dream life. So hereโ€™s what Iโ€™m calling in:

  • I am so happy and grateful now that I am a full-time writer. I create books, blog posts, and content I love. Iโ€™ve written bestsellers, Iโ€™m on the NYT list, and one of my YA novels is being adapted for Netflix!
  • I am so happy and grateful now that my husband has his dream career. Heโ€™s challenged, fulfilled, and makes a tremendous income doing what he loves.
  • I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home on the lake. We boat almost daily, the kids ski and wakeboard, and our weekends are filled with sunshine, laughter, and lakeside snacks.
  • I am so happy and grateful now that we have season tickets to UT football. We sit in a suite and host friends and family for nearly every home game.
  • I am so happy and grateful now that we travel monthly. Whether itโ€™s a quick getaway or a long summer vacation, we love exploring new places and sharing those experiences with the people we love most.

Pause. What a pleasure. Thank you.

If today felt a little chaotic or heavy for you, I hope this post reminds you that gratitude is always just a pause away.

Day 5: Mindful Words, Magical Outcomes

Today was a good day.
I wasnโ€™t vibing quite as high as yesterday, but I still felt grounded and calmโ€”radiating a quiet kind of happiness.

Yesterday afternoon, I went on the most beautiful walk. The weather was perfect, I had tons of energy, and I was listening to a podcast by David Ghiyam. The message? Negativity.

๐Ÿ•Š โ€œWhen we speak negatively, we draw negativity. When we speak with love and light, we draw miracles.โ€ โ€” Rav Berg, Kabbalah Centre

David challenged listeners to speak kindly, resist gossip, and shift into loving consciousness. Whether or not you study Kabbalah, what a powerful way to live.

Iโ€™ll be honestโ€”Iโ€™ve definitely been drawn into the teacher gossip at school. Iโ€™ve said things I regretted or talked about people behind their backs. It never feels good afterward. That old quoteโ€”โ€œLoose lips sink shipsโ€โ€”always rings in my ears. (Pretty sure my mom used to say that growing up.)

So today, I set an intention:
โœจ No gossip.
โœจ No criticism.
โœจ No negative talkโ€”about myself or others.

And let me tell you, within 30 minutes of waking up, I caught myself twice about to complain about something trivial. I stopped, took a breath, and reframed my complaint into a statement of gratitude. Then I put two small Sharpie dots on my handโ€”one for each negative impulse. My plan was to add a dot anytime I spoke with negativity.

The best part? I didnโ€™t add any more dots the rest of the day.

Thoughts, of course, are a little trickier to manage. But I really tried to stay awareโ€”to seek out joy, to reframe, to stay in the light. And it worked. I felt clear. Peaceful. On track.

Kabbalah teaches that certainty and positive consciousness are the keys to unlocking miracles. When we dwell in doubt or negativity, itโ€™s like telling the universe, โ€œI donโ€™t believe anything good is coming.โ€
And the universe always responds to what you project.

After school today, I skipped my usual walk. A gentle rain moved inโ€”so instead, I took a warm bath (total luxury) and read Ask and It Is Given, one of my favorite books on the Law of Attraction.

No matter how many times I read it, I always walk away with something new. Tonight, it was a section called โ€œA Consistent Formula Gives You Consistent Results.โ€

โ€œLike learning the basics of mathematics and then understanding the results of their applications, you will now have a formula for understanding your world that will always be consistent… so consistent that you will be able to predict your future experiences with absolute accuracy, and understand your past with a knowing that was previously unavailable to you.โ€

Yes. Thatโ€™s what this blog is about.
Consistency.
Discipline.
Light.
Gratitude.
Belief.

I will be consistent.
And I will watch the miracles unfold.

Today I am grateful for:

๐ŸŒง๏ธ The rainy weather that gave me a reason to slow down and rest.
๐Ÿ› A peaceful, uninterrupted bath and the time to reflect.
๐Ÿ“š Books that speak directly to my soul, no matter how many times I read them.
๐Ÿง  Awareness of my thoughts and the ability to gently redirect them.
๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ This blog, which keeps me anchored and intentional.
๐ŸŽง Podcasts that help me grow and reconnect to the light.
๐Ÿค My kind, helpful husband.
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ A career that challenges me to be more patient, more present, and more compassionate.
๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿป My childrenโ€”their joy, chaos, curiosity, and love.
โœจ The opportunity to create the life I dream of, one aligned thought at a time.

Manifestation Practice:

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that I consistently speak with love, patience, and light. My words uplift, heal, and inspire those around me.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that I live free of negativity and doubt. I trust that the universe is always working in my favor.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that my writing reaches and resonates with thousands of people. My work is purposeful and abundant.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that my husband is thriving in a job he lovesโ€”flexible, fulfilling, and aligned with his gifts.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that our children are thriving. They are happy, emotionally strong, and deeply connected to themselves and to us.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that our family travels often and effortlessly, creating memories that last a lifetime.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream homeโ€”full of warmth, light, and everything we ever hoped for.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that miracles show up for us every day, in both big and quiet ways.

As I wrap up todayโ€™s reflection, Iโ€™m holding deep gratitude for the small wins, the awareness of my thoughts, and the continued commitment to this journey. I know that each intentional step I take is bringing me closer to the life Iโ€™ve envisioned.

๐ŸŒŸ Mini Mantra:
โ€œI am aligned, I am certain, and I am ready to receive.โ€

Hereโ€™s to showing up, staying consistent, and watching the miracles unfold. โœจ

Day 4: Five Minutes, Big Magic

Yโ€™allโ€”Iโ€™m having the BEST day. Like, next-level, high-vibe, totally-connected-to-the-light-of-the-Creator kind of day. And honestly? It feels so good.

I canโ€™t quite pinpoint what makes today different from yesterday. Maybe itโ€™s the fact that my toddler didnโ€™t wake me up as many times last night (bless!). But itโ€™s more than thatโ€”I just feel calm. At peace. Happy. Certain. And somehow, this state of flow has managed to carry me through a full day of teaching, redirecting, and loving a class of 17 kindergartners. That alone is a miracle, if you ask me.

This morning, I decided to play 528HZ frequencies as ambient music in my classroom. Game changer. I swear it chills me out, and Iโ€™m hoping it does the same for my students. I notice Iโ€™m way less reactive when it’s playingโ€”like my nervous system has taken a deep breath and finally exhaled. I feel more present, more patient, more aligned. Itโ€™s magic, plain and simple.

And then came a moment of unexpected stillness.

While heating up my lunch in the teacher lounge, I found myself with five whole minutes of stillness. No phone. No emails. No to-do list tugging at me. Just me and the microwave countdown. And instead of reaching for something to fill the space, I chose something different: visualization.

The chair I was sitting in reminded me of an airport terminal seat, and just like thatโ€”I closed my eyes and imagined thatโ€™s exactly where I was.

In my vision, it was spring break, and my family and I were at the airport, about to board a plane to St. John. My boys were glued to their devices (classic), the girls were stocking up on candy, and I was joyfully watching it all unfold. I imagined sipping a mimosa with my husband, boarding our first-class seats, and hearing steel drums welcome us upon arrival in St. Thomas.

I followed the daydream all the way onto the ferry bound for St. Johnโ€”my heart bursting with joy as I pictured my kids squealing on the top deck, wind in their hair, eyes wide with excitement. I imagined arriving on the island where my husband and I made so many beautiful memoriesโ€”dating, getting engaged, and eventually married there. And waiting for us? Two Jeeps to take us to our dream house for the week.

Just as I stepped into the front seat of one of those Jeepsโ€”ding!โ€”my lunch was ready, and I was snapped back into reality.

But the beautiful part? My reality is also something Iโ€™m deeply grateful for. And I knowโ€”truly knowโ€”that in order to receive the desires of my heart, I must be okay without them. I must be certain that what I seek is already mine. That the universe is always listening. That everything I want is in motion.

So I enjoy what is. I show up with joy. I do my best to connect my soul to Source. And I work to embody the same love and light that the Creator is made of.

Because magic isnโ€™t just in the big momentsโ€”itโ€™s in microwave countdowns and five-minute daydreams, too. โœจ

Today I am grateful for:

โ˜๏ธ The cloud cover and cooler tempsโ€”perfect weather for my afternoon walk.

๐Ÿ’ซ My husbandโ€™s shared interest in manifesting and Kabbalah. Itโ€™s so meaningful to grow together spiritually.

๐Ÿ“š My job. Teaching truly matters. Some of these kids will remember meโ€”and the life lessons Iโ€™ve sharedโ€”for years to come.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ My parents. Their support has shaped so much of who I am.

๐Ÿ’‡โ€โ™€๏ธ My fresh haircut and highlights. When my hair looks good, I feel goodโ€”and that confidence carries into everything I do.

๐Ÿ›’ The grocery store just around the corner. It makes last-minute dinner plans a whole lot easier.

๐ŸŒ The internet. (Letโ€™s be honestโ€”it keeps life running.)

๐Ÿ“– Books. I love to read, and the insights Iโ€™ve gainedโ€”especially about the Law of Attractionโ€”have been life-changing.

๐Ÿ’ช A healthy body that lets me teach, parent, walk, clean, and do all the little things that add up to a full life.

๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ง My children. Each of their personalities is such a gift. They bring me endless joyโ€ฆ even when they make me want to pull my hair out. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Manifestation Practice:

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that my husband has found a job he truly loves. The hours are flexible, the work is fulfilling, and heโ€™s thriving and growing within the company every day.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that all of my children are thriving. They are joyful, kind, easygoing, helpful, and respectfulโ€”and I am incredibly proud to be their mom.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we are living in our dream home on the lake. Itโ€™s peaceful, beautiful, and filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we have complete financial freedom, with millions of dollars in the bank and abundance continuing to flow to us with ease.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we travel the world togetherโ€”exploring breathtaking places, embracing new cultures, and creating lifelong memories as a family.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I drive my dream carโ€”a white Escalade that fits our family perfectly and feels like a luxury every time I get behind the wheel.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I work from home, doing what I love mostโ€”writing. My words inspire others, and my career brings both creative fulfillment and financial freedom.

Each day, Iโ€™m becoming more aligned with the life Iโ€™ve envisionedโ€”because I know the more joy, gratitude, and certainty I carry in my heart, the closer it all comes. And honestly? It already feels like mine. โœจ

Day 4: Showing Up, Even When Itโ€™s Hard

Today wasโ€ฆ okay. It was my first official day back at school with students after spring break, and while I tried to stay positive, the energy wasnโ€™t quite as high as it had been over the break. Still, I think I did a pretty good job of holding it together. The day was actually pretty smoothโ€”it just felt like a big shift from the freedom of a week without alarms and to-do lists.

Teaching kindergarten is such a unique calling. Itโ€™s incredibly rewardingโ€”but itโ€™s also deeply exhausting. Yes, Iโ€™m teaching five- and six-year-olds how to read, write, and understand math. But more importantly, Iโ€™m teaching them how to be kind, empathetic humans. That kind of work is emotional and endlessโ€”and it absolutely takes a toll.

After work, I went on a walk and listened to my favorite podcast again. For whatever reason, I was dragging today. I could feel it in my body, and I think my level of consciousness reflected it, too.

But hereโ€™s the thing: Even on a mid-vibe day, Iโ€™m still showing up. Iโ€™m still writing. Still dreaming. Still plugging into this vision I believe in so fully. Thatโ€™s the work. Not just when itโ€™s easyโ€”but when itโ€™s hard.

Today I am grateful for:

  • Really good ranch dressing
  • Walks with my husband
  • Good music
  • Students who tell me they love me
  • Supportive student parents
  • Reading to my son before bed
  • My personal childrenโ€™s teachers
  • Great neighbors
  • My college education
  • My parents

Manifestation Practice:

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I write full time from home. Iโ€™ve published multiple books and built a career that is both wildly successful and deeply fulfilling.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home. Itโ€™s exactly as we envisionedโ€”expansive, immaculate, warm, and welcoming. Itโ€™s our favorite place on earth.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that money flows freely to us. We can do what we want, go where we want, give generously, and live joyfully. Our lives are abundant beyond measure.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we travel the world together. We’ve explored countless countries as a family, always in comfort and luxury. Whether it’s first class or private, five-star resorts or charming villas, travel is our favorite shared adventureโ€”and we do it often.

Last night, as I tried to fall asleep, I felt a wave of anxiety creep in. But then I remembered something from the podcast: Anxiety is simply uncertainty about the future. The more certain I am that everything is unfolding as it should, the faster it will arrive.

So I chose to let go. I reminded myself: All is well. All will be well. What Iโ€™ve asked for is on its wayโ€”in perfect timing.

And thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m learningโ€”manifestation isnโ€™t about perfection. Itโ€™s about persistence. Itโ€™s about holding the vision, even on the messy, tired, not-so-magical days. Itโ€™s about believing in the beauty of whatโ€™s coming, while showing up for what is.

Each time I write these words, Iโ€™m reminding myself: I am co-creating something beautiful. One aligned step at a time. โœจ

Day 3: Living the Vision Before It Arrives

I’d love to write first thing in the morning, but Iโ€™m already up by 5:30 (5:40 at the absolute latest!!!) to get myself and my five kids ready for school. This yearโ€”for the first timeโ€”we all go to the same school, which is SO freaking awesome. But… we also have to be there by 7:00 AM. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Honestly, Iโ€™m impressed we make it most days. Huge shoutout to my husbandโ€”he handles the early wake-ups, breakfast chaos, hair crises, and kid-wrangling like a champ. I couldn’t do it without him!

Tonightโ€™s reflection comes as I wind down for bed. Morning writing would be ideal, but thereโ€™s something peaceful about nighttime journalingโ€”itโ€™s quiet, reflective, and the perfect way to release the day and reset for tomorrow.

Spring break is officially over, but today was surprisingly wonderful. Teachers had PD while the kids had an extra day off, which probably helped. And I got the rare gift of a two-hour lunch (!), which I spent walking outside and listening to a podcast about Kabbalah. โœจ

A few powerful takeaways I scribbled down:

  • Anything is possibleโ€”and the Creator wants to give it all to me.
  • My desire + my certainty = miracles.
  • Iโ€™ll receive what I want when I no longer need it to be happy.
  • Anxiety means I donโ€™t trust the future.
  • Pause. What a pleasure. Thank you.

(That last one would’ve come in handy when my 3-year-old went full wild banshee mode at the grocery store. Thankfully, my older kids helped detain her until I caught up. ๐Ÿ˜…)

During my walk, FIVE white Escalades passed me. Coincidence? I donโ€™t think so. Thatโ€™s the exact car Iโ€™m manifesting. Each one gave me a spark of excitementโ€”I imagined it was mine and felt what it would be like to drive it. Later, I passed a gorgeous ski boat and did the same. The universe is definitely nudging me: โ€œItโ€™s on the way.โ€

๐ŸŒฟ Gratitude List Today:

  • A later start to my workday
  • A two-hour lunch
  • A healthy, home-cooked dinner
  • Self-discipline
  • Health
  • Creativity
  • My husbandโ€™s helpful nature
  • Organic wine ๐Ÿ˜‰
  • My job
  • Wearing comfy clothes for PD day!

๐Ÿ“ Manifestation Practice:

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that next year is my final year of teachingโ€”and Iโ€™ll be able to write full time from home. My career is thriving, and I support my family doing what I love.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream homeโ€”spacious, warm, and full of joy.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we travel the world often, making unforgettable memories.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that money flows to us easily and abundantlyโ€”we have more than enough.

โœจ I am so lucky. Good things always happen to me.

Iโ€™m planning to explore meditation and a positive self-talk app to deepen this mindset shift. Ohโ€”and I started entering sweepstakes again. Trips and cash are coming my way. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I trust the timing of my life. Iโ€™m grounded in gratitude, clear in my vision, and wide open to the abundance headed my way.

โœจ Bring it on, Universe. Iโ€™m ready. ๐Ÿ’ซ

Day 2: Quick but Meaningful

Today is a little bit quicker than yesterday. Itโ€™s been a busy Sunday filled with errands and sports practices and games for my boys. Now that itโ€™s almost 8:00 at night, I donโ€™t feel particularly compelled to sit and write for an hourโ€”but Iโ€™m reminding myself that thatโ€™s okay. Even if itโ€™s short, it still counts.

One thing I am proud of today: I started my morning with gratitude and made a conscious effort to carry that mindset with me throughout the day. So, without further ado, here are ten things Iโ€™m grateful for today:

  • My husband
  • My kidsโ€™ friends and their families
  • Soccer
  • Curbside grocery pickup
  • Our family walk
  • Seeing my students while out and about in the neighborhood
  • A home-cooked meal
  • A warm shower
  • Good TV
  • Community

And now, moving on to manifesting my future desires…

I am so happy and grateful now that I am a full-time writer.
I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream house on the lake.
I am so happy and grateful now that my husband has his dream career.
I am so happy and grateful now that we travel whenever and wherever weโ€™d like.
I am so happy and grateful now that money is abundant. We have millions and millions of dollars in the bank. We can be, do, and have whatever we want.

Earlier today, while driving to my sonโ€™s soccer game, a song came on that sparked a quick visualization. As I listened, I closed my eyes and pictured our family out on the lake in our ski boat. I saw my son wakeboarding, the song blaring from the boat speakers as we all cheered him on. My husband was driving, hat backward, smiling. The other kids were chanting my sonโ€™s name to the rhythm of the music. The air smelled like sunscreen. It was such a joyful, vivid sceneโ€”and I canโ€™t wait to watch it manifest for our family.

Last night and today, I read a little more from my book. Itโ€™sโ€ฆ meh. But I did take away one simple idea I really liked: Try to be a little bit better every day than you were the day before. Thatโ€™s what I focused on today.

Spring break is officially over, and I head back to school tomorrow. My patience and sanity will be tested, Iโ€™m sure. But Iโ€™m determined to stay positive, to believe everything is unfolding exactly as it should. My manifestations are on their way. I will live in joy now. I will live in joy then. I canโ€”and willโ€”be happy with or without them. But I canโ€™t wait to watch them come to life.

1-2-21

Day two of the New Year and I am feeling as optimistic as ever. I spent time last night talking with my husband about the importance of visualization and I love that he is onboard and actually does practice manifesting our future in his own way. I was quite surprised when he pulled out his laptop and showed me the entire blueprint for our future dream house that he has designed in his free time. I was impressed with not only his architectural skills but our shared vision for the overall aesthetic of the house, as well. Bring it on, Universe!

I also spent time before bed imagining the first time we invite our family friends over to tour our new house. I imagined walking them through the house, sharing wine by the fire pit, watching the kids swim in the pool, and an overnight stay in our guest rooms. I imagined us waking up to a fresh breakfast made by our chef and sharing laughs over coffee (perhaps a mimosa or two?) before seeing everyone off in our beautifully landscaped driveway.

I recently read that it is important to include movement in your visualizations, and I did feel that this particular practice elicited a genuine sense of joy and eagerness for the future.

Today I went to the hair salon to get a fresh do for 2021 and I practiced visualizing throughout my appointment. I imagined my new car parked out in the parking lot, I envisioned my regular visits to the salon and occasional home visits from the stylist. It was a very enjoyable process, and I must say that I am thrilled for what the future holds.

Cheers to a positive and joyful 2021!

I am so happy and grateful now that we have millions of dollars in the bank.

I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream house on the lake.

I am so happy and grateful now that I run a very successful business from home.

I am so happy and grateful now that we travel to luxurious, exotic destinations all over the world.

Until next time…

โœŒ๏ธ & good vibes

1-1-21

January 1st, 2021. Man that feels good to write. Renewal. Hope. Love. Joy. That is what I expect in this New Year. Life is a gift and I am making it my priority this year to wake up and be present. I won’t worry about that past or fret about the future. I will live in the now. I will joyously create. I will give my family the greatest gift there is- the gift of love, patience, and kindness. I will be the most positive and enthusiastic person I know. I will meditate and visualize. I will write and practice gratitude. This year will transform my life.

I was reading The Secret again this morning, because it’s message is easy to absorb and the information is straight to the point, and Bob Proctor recommended to begin each statement of gratitude like this, “I am so happy and grateful now that …”

It continues, “When you give thanks as though you have already received what you want, you are emitting a powerful signal to the Universe. That signal is saying that you have it already because you are feeling gratitude for it now. Each morning before you get out of bed, make it a habit to feel the feelings of gratitude in advance for the great day ahead, as though it is done.” –The Secret pg 80

So let’s try it out…

I am so happy and grateful now that we have millions of dollars in the bank.

I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream house on the lake.

I am so happy and grateful now that I travel all over the world.

I am so happy and grateful now that I work from home.

When I reread my statements, I close my eyes and visualize what it feels like to be in those moments. According to my reading, the visualizations and feelings that accompany my visualizations are the driving force behind the Law of Attraction.

What are you happy and grateful for? How do you feel when you visualize it in your mind? It feels so good to imagine.

Yesterday I realized that I need to improve upon two areas to help improve my vibration…. I tend to stress when I am running late, and I often wake up in the night and stress about future events (that may or may not ever happen). I need a plan to combat this in the future. I am pondering that today…

Yesterday I came up with a list of songs, memories, and places to raise my vibrational level when needed. I used it several times yesterday and it seemed to work. I will continue to fine tune that list today. What do you do to boost your mood when feeling down or negative?

Who wants to join me this January to kick start the year of your dreams? Step 1 is easy. Write down what you want every day in the form of gratitude statements (I am so happy and grateful now that I…). Take a moment to visualize each statement and really feel the joy that those visions elicit. Join me on Facebook each day to share your gratitude statements. Let’s kick off the New Year right and make 2021 the year that will transform our lives!

Until next time…

โœŒ๏ธ and good vibes

“Life is so easy! Life is so good! All good things come to me!” – The Secret

  1. Money is abundant. I am rich. I have more money than I could use in a lifetime.
  2. I live in my dream house. We built in on the lake. We have a sprawling estate with a resort style pool and boat dock. It feels like we live in a dream. We have a maid, chef, personal assistant, nanny, stylist, and trainer.
  3. The kids go to private school.
  4. We travel wherever we want whenever we want.
  5. We spend our summers island hopping around the Caribbean. We always stop at Little Dix Bay and Jumby Bay.
  6. My children are easy and get along so well. They are always pleasant to be around.
  7. I have lots of time in my day to do whatever pleases me.
  8. Laundry is always organized.

I am grateful for:

  1. my kids’ laughter
  2. a sound mind
  3. a healthy body

I am currently brainstorming mood shifters ( thoughts, songs, memories to snap be out of a negative mood).
