Where Manifestation Actually Lives

Most of us know what we want.

We want more peace and more ease. We want money without constant stress, time that doesnโ€™t feel borrowed, confidence that doesnโ€™t disappear under pressure, and space to breathe without guilt.

Wanting isnโ€™t the problem.

The problem is that wanting alone doesnโ€™t change anything. If it did, most of us would already be living wildly different lives.

What actually shapes your life isnโ€™t what you want on your best days โ€” itโ€™s what you practice on your busiest ones. Itโ€™s what you rehearse emotionally, what you default to under pressure, and what your nervous system returns to when no one is watching.

Thatโ€™s where manifestation actually lives.

Why Wanting Isnโ€™t Enough

Weโ€™re often told that manifestation is about thinking positively or visualizing hard enough. But if that were true, no one who has ever tried would still feel stuck.

Hereโ€™s the quieter truth: you donโ€™t get what you think about once. You get what you repeat โ€” emotionally and behaviorally.

When you consistently feel rushed, your life begins to reflect urgency. When you consistently feel inadequate, you tolerate less than you deserve. When you consistently feel overwhelmed, clarity becomes harder to access.

This isnโ€™t punishment. Itโ€™s pattern.

And patterns donโ€™t respond to motivation โ€” they respond to practice.

Emotional Practice Is Happening Whether You Notice It or Not

Every day, you are practicing something.

Most days, that practice looks like bracing, rushing, self-criticism, over-functioning, or worrying ahead. Occasionally, it looks like pausing, softening, trusting, or allowing.

Much of this happens automatically. Especially for women who carry a lot.

If youโ€™re a mom, a working woman, or someone whoโ€™s used to holding things together, your nervous system likely learned early that staying alert was safer than staying relaxed. That doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™re doing anything wrong. It means your body learned survival.

But survival patterns, when left unexamined, quietly shape the future.

Manifestation Is Less Mystical Than You Think

Manifestation isnโ€™t about attracting things from thin air. Itโ€™s about how your internal state influences the choices you make, the risks you take or avoid, the opportunities you notice, the boundaries you hold, and the energy you bring into rooms.

When you practice calm, you make clearer decisions. When you practice self-trust, you say yes and no differently. When you practice ease, life meets you with less resistance.

This is why manifestation works best when itโ€™s boring and embodied โ€” not dramatic or forced.

The Real Question to Ask

Instead of asking why what you want isnโ€™t showing up yet, try asking a different question: What emotional state am I practicing most days?

Not on vacation. Not on rare good mornings. On average.

That answer isnโ€™t meant to shame you โ€” itโ€™s meant to orient you. Because you canโ€™t change what you donโ€™t notice.

This Is Good News

Hereโ€™s the part that should feel relieving.

You donโ€™t need to overhaul your life. You donโ€™t need to believe perfectly. You donโ€™t need to think positively all the time.

You only need to begin practicing slightly different feelings โ€” consistently. Relief instead of panic. Neutrality instead of self-attack. Pauses instead of pressure.

Small shifts, practiced often, change everything.

A Tiny Practice (Optional, but Powerful)

Today, simply notice what youโ€™re practicing.

When something feels stressful, ask yourself: What am I practicing right now?

Thatโ€™s it. No fixing. No correcting. Just noticing.

Awareness is the first act of alignment.

You donโ€™t get what you want. You get what you practice.

And the moment you begin choosing your internal state with intention โ€” even gently โ€” your future starts adjusting. Not all at once, but steadily.

Which, for busy women, is exactly what works.

You Have to Feel It First

This is for me as much as itโ€™s for you.

Most of us donโ€™t struggle with knowing what we want.
We struggle with believing weโ€™re allowed to feel it before it shows up.

We tell ourselves weโ€™ll relax once things improve.
Weโ€™ll feel confident once the proof arrives.
Weโ€™ll feel peaceful after the circumstances change.

But it doesnโ€™t work that way.

The feeling comes first.

Not because the universe needs convincingโ€”but because you do.

Feeling Is the Language of Creation

You donโ€™t attract what you think about once.
You attract what you emotionally rehearse.

Your nervous system is always asking one question:

Is this safe? Is this familiar?

When you repeatedly feel stress, lack, or urgency, your system treats those states as home.
When you feel calm, grounded, appreciativeโ€”even brieflyโ€”you begin teaching your body a new normal.

Thatโ€™s when things shift.

You Donโ€™t Have to Pretend

This isnโ€™t about forcing happiness or denying reality.

Itโ€™s about choosing:

  • relief over panic
  • ease over urgency
  • trust over self-attack

You donโ€™t need to feel ecstatic.
You just need to feel a little better than before.

Thatโ€™s enough to change the trajectory.

Feeling โ€œAs Ifโ€ Isnโ€™t Delusionโ€”Itโ€™s Direction

When you feel the way you imagine youโ€™ll feel after you get what you want, you begin to:

  • make different decisions
  • notice different opportunities
  • respond instead of react
  • treat yourself with more respect

Thatโ€™s not magic. Thatโ€™s alignment.

The future you want doesnโ€™t arrive and then change you.
You changeโ€”and the future follows.

Try This Today (No Journaling Required)

Ask yourself:

If I already had what I want, how would I treat myself today?

Then do one small thing from that place:

  • rest instead of push
  • speak kindly to yourself
  • pause before reacting
  • choose softness where youโ€™d normally choose force

That is the feeling.
That is the work.

Proof Comes After Practice

Most people give up because they want evidence before embodiment.

But every calm breath, every moment of gratitude, every time you choose peaceโ€”you are practicing the state that brings the result.

You donโ€™t manifest by wanting harder.
You manifest by feeling safer in the now.

A Daily Reminder

You donโ€™t need to earn feeling good.
You donโ€™t need permission to feel at ease.
You donโ€™t need the outcome to arrive first.

Feel it now.
Let your body learn it.
Let your life catch up.

So if you forget tomorrow, or next week, come back here.

Come back to the feeling.
Come back to yourself.

I choose the feeling first. Everything else follows.

Day 13: Progress, Not Perfection

Okayโ€ฆ so I didnโ€™t blog last night. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Life got in the way, and by the time the day slowed down, I didnโ€™t have the energy to sit and write. And you know what? Thatโ€™s okay. This journey isnโ€™t about perfectionโ€”itโ€™s about consistency over time, and choosing to keep going even when the day doesnโ€™t go as planned.

I may not have written a full blog post yesterday, but I was still thinking about my dreams. I still practiced gratitude in the quiet moments. I still visualized the life Iโ€™m creating. I still chose to believe that good things are unfolding, even when Iโ€™m tired, even when I skip a day, even when the energy dips.

So here I am todayโ€”Day 13. Iโ€™m showing up. Iโ€™m realigning. Iโ€™m continuing.

Because this practice isnโ€™t just about what I write on the pageโ€”itโ€™s about the energy I carry throughout my day, the way I choose to reframe my thoughts, the way I return to gratitude and certainty, even when I veer off course.

๐Ÿ’ซ Progress, not perfection. Thatโ€™s the mantra Iโ€™m holding onto today.

Gratitude Practice

Today I am grateful for:

โ˜•๏ธ A fresh start
๐Ÿ“š Books that inspire me
๐ŸŒฟ The quiet moments between the chaos
๐ŸŽถ Music that lifts my spirit
๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ The power of pausing and breathing
๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ My familyโ€”even when itโ€™s loud and wild
๐Ÿฝ A warm, comforting meal
๐Ÿ’ก Unexpected moments of clarity
โœ๏ธ The ability to express myself through writing
๐Ÿ•ฏ A soft place to land at the end of the day

Manifestation Practice

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I stay consistent and grounded, even when life gets busy.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that my dream life continues to unfold, even on the days when I donโ€™t feel 100%.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that my writing is thriving, and Iโ€™m reaching people in a meaningful way.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I trust the processโ€”I know the Universe is working behind the scenes.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that every step forward, no matter how small, brings me closer to the life Iโ€™ve envisioned.

Even though I missed a day, Iโ€™m reminding myself that this journey isnโ€™t about perfectionโ€”itโ€™s about presence. I showed up today, and thatโ€™s enough. Iโ€™m learning to honor my energy, hold compassion for myself, and keep moving forward, one aligned step at a time. โœจ

Hereโ€™s to continuing the journeyโ€”messy, magical, and full of light. ๐Ÿ’ซ

Day 10: From Pedicures to Private Yachtsโ€”Dreaming It Into Being

I woke up this morning with a full and grateful heart.
Thereโ€™s something magical about starting the day with โ€œthank you.โ€

โ€œThank you for another beautiful day in this body.
Thank you for my warm shower.
Thank you for my cozy robe.
Thank you for indoor plumbing.
Thank you for hot coffee.
Thank you for my dog.
Thank you for my makeupโ€ฆโ€

I spent nearly 45 minutes this morning just saying thank youโ€”to the Universe, to the Creatorโ€”for every single blessing in my life. Big and small. That simple practice set such a powerful, positive tone for my day.

It was 6 A.M., and my vibe was high. And that energy carried with meโ€”into the classroom, into my interactions, into every moment.

This afternoon, I treated myself to a long-overdue pedicure. While there was drama on the TV at the salon, I tuned it out and turned inward. I focused on visualizing my futureโ€”the one that is already aligning with me now.

I relished the pampering, knowing itโ€™s becoming part of my regular weekly rhythm. I imagined my days aheadโ€ฆ waking up early to take the kids to school, cooking a healthy breakfast, and enjoying long, peaceful walks through the neighborhood. I pictured coming home, getting ready slowly, and spending a few inspiring hours writing in my dream home office.

I saw myself behind the wheel of my white Escalade. I thanked the Universe for our prosperity, for the flow of abundance and ease. I imagined hosting friends on a private yacht around the BVI, then hopping on a jet to Jumby Bay after our next windfall. I felt joy. I felt alignment. I felt deeply connected to the Light.

And now, here I amโ€”sitting on my back patio after cooking a healthy, homemade dinner, feeling the soft breeze on my skin. I feel grounded. I feel at peace. I feel excited for whatโ€™s ahead and fully certain that itโ€™s already on its way to me.

Todayโ€™s gratitude and visualization practice flowed so naturallyโ€”it reminded me how powerful it is to simply live in the energy of what I want. I didnโ€™t need a journal or a structured checklist; I just needed to be present, to notice, to feel. From my quiet morning thank-yous to the peaceful pedicure daydream, to this breezy evening moment on the patioโ€”it all added up to one simple truth: Iโ€™m already aligned with the life Iโ€™m calling in. And itโ€™s on its way to me now.

Day 7: From Pity Party to Power Shift โ€” Choosing Gratitude in the Hard Moments

Ugh. Iโ€™ve been in a mood today. Bloated, tired, off-centerโ€”and, if Iโ€™m being totally honest, struggling to shake it. I woke up feeling full (not in the good, grateful way), and everything just felt heavier than usual. The last 24 hours have been tough.

My husband and I had an amazing date nightโ€”great food, good vibes, real connectionโ€”but as soon as we walked in the door, the energy shifted. We were hit with drama and disappointment. My second child, who just turned ten, had a meltdown that felt like a time machine back to some of our hardest parenting years.

Heโ€™s always been intense. From the moment he was born, it was clear heโ€™d be a challenge in ways I couldnโ€™t have prepared for. I remember the lactation consultant looking at me with confusion as he wailed and refused to latch. โ€œThis has nothing to do with you,โ€ she assured meโ€”and I believed her, but the difficulties never really let up.

For years, we kept saying, When he can crawl, heโ€™ll be happy. When he walks. When he talks. But each milestone passed, and his frustration grew. Eventually, we got answers: ADHD, anxiety, and ODD. With the right medicationโ€”Prozac, which I also takeโ€”we found some peace. But last night, all of that progress seemed to unravel.

We asked the boys to put their iPads away, and the next two hours were chaos. He was hitting, screaming, destroying things, threatening us, threatening his brother. It was heartbreaking. Eventually, the storm passed. He came back to himself and apologized profusely. And while I was proud of myself for staying calmโ€”thank you, Kabbalah and spiritual growthโ€”it still left me shaken.

This morning, getting dressed for his baseball game, nothing in my closet fit. I know hormones are playing a role, but it still hit me hard. The extra five pounds. The frustration. The feeling of defeat.

Honestly? I was having a full-blown pity party.

Soโ€ฆ what now?

Iโ€™m choosing to shift. Iโ€™m choosing to acknowledge the hard stuff and reach for gratitude. Iโ€™m choosing to believe that just because today felt heavy doesnโ€™t mean tomorrow wonโ€™t be lighter.

Ohโ€”and a little glimmer of hope came through today: I got a random $25 refund from a walk-in clinic we visited ages ago. Thank you, Universe. That unexpected blessing reminded me that abundance is always trying to find its way to me.

โœจ Money is abundant. It flows to me freely. I am open to receiving. โœจ

Gratitude Practice

Thank you for my family.
Thank you for my dog.
Thank you for youth sports.
Thank you for work friends.
Thank you for washing machines.
Thank you for cable TV and cozy nights in.
Thank you for the weekend.
Thank you for my car.
Thank you for queso (yes, really).
Thank you for my husband and his steady support.

Manifestation Practice

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that Iโ€™m at my ideal weight and feel strong and confident in my skin.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream homeโ€”beautiful, peaceful, and full of love.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that money flows freely and consistently to our family.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I drive my dream carโ€”a white Escalade that brings me joy every day.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we travel often, making memories in beautiful places around the world.
โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I work from home, doing what I love and creating a life of balance and fulfillment.

Even when the energy feels off, I know I can choose to realign. My power lies in how I respondโ€”and today, I choose to lean into gratitude, trust the process, and believe in the beauty thatโ€™s unfolding. โœจ

Day 6: Spit Happensโ€”But So Does Gratitude

Pause. What a Pleasure. Thank You.

This simple little phrase turned my entire day around.

I was on cafeteria duty during lunch todayโ€”which, as a kindergarten teacher, basically means crowd control, package-opening services, and fruit-peeling on demand. It’s chaotic, loud, and overstimulating… especially for those not fluent in tuning out noise. Luckily, with five kids of my own and over a decade of classroom experience, Iโ€™ve earned my noise-canceling badge of honor.

When Chaos Strikes

In the middle of the usual cafeteria madness, one of my studentsโ€”who had already been pushing boundaries all dayโ€”spit in another studentโ€™s face.

Yep. That happened.

When I confronted him, he escalated instantlyโ€ฆ and so did my blood pressure. But hereโ€™s the thingโ€”Iโ€™ve been listening to a podcast that shares grounding practices, and in that moment, one phrase came to mind. I reached for it like a life raft.

Pause. What a pleasure. Thank you.

I whispered it to myself.

And then I repeated it.

Thank you for this job.
Thank you for these amazing children I get to work with each day.
Thank you for the opportunity to positively influence this little boyโ€”even on his worst day.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The Power of a Simple Shift

That one moment pulled me back into gratitude. Instead of spiraling into โ€œUgh, Iโ€™m so done with this. I hate my job. This kid is on my last nerve,โ€ I felt… thankful.

I felt thankful for the kid who needed me most in that moment.
Thankful for the tiny raised hands asking for help.
Thankful for my former studentsโ€”now big, confident first gradersโ€”who ran over to give me hugs as they walked in for lunch.

Gratitude for the noise.
Gratitude for the chaos.
Gratitude for the joy.

Because thatโ€™s what itโ€™s really about, right? Feeling good in the now. And feeling good in the now is whatโ€™s going to fast-track all my manifestations to me.

Ten More Things I’m Grateful For Today

Sometimes I like to take my gratitude a step further. So here are ten more things Iโ€™m appreciating today:

1. My Community

I live in the same neighborhood where I teach, and today was Career Day. So many parents and community members came outโ€”even in the drizzleโ€”to share their time and talents with our kids.

2. Itโ€™s Friday

Need I say more?

3. Date Night

My husband and I have started going out on Friday nights while our oldest son “babysits” the others. We hit a nearby restaurant, grab a drink, and actually finish full sentences. Itโ€™s amazing.

4. Coffee

Two cups a day. Non-negotiable. I love it deeply.

5. Good T.V.

This week I binged A Body in the Snow: The Trial of Karen Read and OMGโ€ฆ I COULD. NOT. STOP. Watching.

6. My Admin Team

Supportive, positive, and truly invested in our school. Good leadership makes all the difference.

7. My Next-Door Neighbor

Also my lifelong BFF. She orders family meals from a local business and always shares her leftovers with me. Itโ€™s basically magic.

8. Pizza Fridays at School

Pizza means I donโ€™t have to pack lunch for most of my kids. Automatic win.

9. The Ocean

Itโ€™s my happy place. Even just picturing it puts me in a better mood.

10. DoorDash

Overslept today, forgot to pack lunchโ€”blessed be the DoorDash gods. I ordered a veggie burger from P. Terryโ€™s (Iโ€™ve been a vegetarian for years) and it hit the spot.

Manifestation Time โœจ

Gratitude raises my vibrationโ€”and once Iโ€™m there, I love to play in the energy of my dream life. So hereโ€™s what Iโ€™m calling in:

  • I am so happy and grateful now that I am a full-time writer. I create books, blog posts, and content I love. Iโ€™ve written bestsellers, Iโ€™m on the NYT list, and one of my YA novels is being adapted for Netflix!
  • I am so happy and grateful now that my husband has his dream career. Heโ€™s challenged, fulfilled, and makes a tremendous income doing what he loves.
  • I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home on the lake. We boat almost daily, the kids ski and wakeboard, and our weekends are filled with sunshine, laughter, and lakeside snacks.
  • I am so happy and grateful now that we have season tickets to UT football. We sit in a suite and host friends and family for nearly every home game.
  • I am so happy and grateful now that we travel monthly. Whether itโ€™s a quick getaway or a long summer vacation, we love exploring new places and sharing those experiences with the people we love most.

Pause. What a pleasure. Thank you.

If today felt a little chaotic or heavy for you, I hope this post reminds you that gratitude is always just a pause away.

Day 5: Mindful Words, Magical Outcomes

Today was a good day.
I wasnโ€™t vibing quite as high as yesterday, but I still felt grounded and calmโ€”radiating a quiet kind of happiness.

Yesterday afternoon, I went on the most beautiful walk. The weather was perfect, I had tons of energy, and I was listening to a podcast by David Ghiyam. The message? Negativity.

๐Ÿ•Š โ€œWhen we speak negatively, we draw negativity. When we speak with love and light, we draw miracles.โ€ โ€” Rav Berg, Kabbalah Centre

David challenged listeners to speak kindly, resist gossip, and shift into loving consciousness. Whether or not you study Kabbalah, what a powerful way to live.

Iโ€™ll be honestโ€”Iโ€™ve definitely been drawn into the teacher gossip at school. Iโ€™ve said things I regretted or talked about people behind their backs. It never feels good afterward. That old quoteโ€”โ€œLoose lips sink shipsโ€โ€”always rings in my ears. (Pretty sure my mom used to say that growing up.)

So today, I set an intention:
โœจ No gossip.
โœจ No criticism.
โœจ No negative talkโ€”about myself or others.

And let me tell you, within 30 minutes of waking up, I caught myself twice about to complain about something trivial. I stopped, took a breath, and reframed my complaint into a statement of gratitude. Then I put two small Sharpie dots on my handโ€”one for each negative impulse. My plan was to add a dot anytime I spoke with negativity.

The best part? I didnโ€™t add any more dots the rest of the day.

Thoughts, of course, are a little trickier to manage. But I really tried to stay awareโ€”to seek out joy, to reframe, to stay in the light. And it worked. I felt clear. Peaceful. On track.

Kabbalah teaches that certainty and positive consciousness are the keys to unlocking miracles. When we dwell in doubt or negativity, itโ€™s like telling the universe, โ€œI donโ€™t believe anything good is coming.โ€
And the universe always responds to what you project.

After school today, I skipped my usual walk. A gentle rain moved inโ€”so instead, I took a warm bath (total luxury) and read Ask and It Is Given, one of my favorite books on the Law of Attraction.

No matter how many times I read it, I always walk away with something new. Tonight, it was a section called โ€œA Consistent Formula Gives You Consistent Results.โ€

โ€œLike learning the basics of mathematics and then understanding the results of their applications, you will now have a formula for understanding your world that will always be consistent… so consistent that you will be able to predict your future experiences with absolute accuracy, and understand your past with a knowing that was previously unavailable to you.โ€

Yes. Thatโ€™s what this blog is about.
Consistency.
Discipline.
Light.
Gratitude.
Belief.

I will be consistent.
And I will watch the miracles unfold.

Today I am grateful for:

๐ŸŒง๏ธ The rainy weather that gave me a reason to slow down and rest.
๐Ÿ› A peaceful, uninterrupted bath and the time to reflect.
๐Ÿ“š Books that speak directly to my soul, no matter how many times I read them.
๐Ÿง  Awareness of my thoughts and the ability to gently redirect them.
๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ This blog, which keeps me anchored and intentional.
๐ŸŽง Podcasts that help me grow and reconnect to the light.
๐Ÿค My kind, helpful husband.
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ A career that challenges me to be more patient, more present, and more compassionate.
๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿป My childrenโ€”their joy, chaos, curiosity, and love.
โœจ The opportunity to create the life I dream of, one aligned thought at a time.

Manifestation Practice:

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that I consistently speak with love, patience, and light. My words uplift, heal, and inspire those around me.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that I live free of negativity and doubt. I trust that the universe is always working in my favor.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that my writing reaches and resonates with thousands of people. My work is purposeful and abundant.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that my husband is thriving in a job he lovesโ€”flexible, fulfilling, and aligned with his gifts.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that our children are thriving. They are happy, emotionally strong, and deeply connected to themselves and to us.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that our family travels often and effortlessly, creating memories that last a lifetime.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream homeโ€”full of warmth, light, and everything we ever hoped for.

๐Ÿ’ซ I am so happy and grateful now that miracles show up for us every day, in both big and quiet ways.

As I wrap up todayโ€™s reflection, Iโ€™m holding deep gratitude for the small wins, the awareness of my thoughts, and the continued commitment to this journey. I know that each intentional step I take is bringing me closer to the life Iโ€™ve envisioned.

๐ŸŒŸ Mini Mantra:
โ€œI am aligned, I am certain, and I am ready to receive.โ€

Hereโ€™s to showing up, staying consistent, and watching the miracles unfold. โœจ

365 Days to Abundance: Day 1 of My Manifestation Practice

Here we go. Day 1. Let the journey begin.

In all the books Iโ€™ve read about the law of attraction and manifesting desires, thereโ€™s one common thread: the power of gratitude. The more you appreciate what you have, the more the universe delivers things to be grateful for.

So, this morningโ€”and every morning moving forwardโ€”Iโ€™m taking time to reflect on ten things Iโ€™m truly grateful for. Why ten? Because honestly, I could go on and on about the blessings in my life. Throughout my day, I find myself saying thank you for the smallest and biggest things. But starting with ten helps me center my focus and sets the tone for everything else that follows.

Here is my gratitude list for today:

  1. Thank you for my family. I am so lucky to have them in my life.
  2. Thank you for my home. It keeps my family safe, warm, and comfortable.
  3. Thank you for my job. I love the people I work with and the opportunity to positively influence childrenโ€™s lives.
  4. Thank you for my car. It fits my entire family and allows us to safely get where we need to go.
  5. Thank you for my extended family. Iโ€™m grateful to have a support system that loves me and my family unconditionally.
  6. Thank you for this beautiful day. The sky is blue, the sun is warm, and I love sitting outside and soaking in the fresh air.
  7. Thank you for our health. My family and I are so fortunate to live without limitations in this season of life.
  8. Thank you for spring break. Iโ€™m so lucky to have a career that allows me to enjoy time off and make memories with my family.
  9. Thank you for the healthy, fresh food we have access to every day. It nourishes us and gives us energy.
  10. Thank you for my newfound knowledge of Kabbalah. Itโ€™s been a grounding force and has renewed my spiritual energy in such a meaningful way.

I plan to reread my list several times today and truly sit with the feelings of gratitude that come from reflecting on all that Iโ€™m thankful for.

With my gratitude practice complete, Iโ€™m now setting clear intentions for what I want to call into my life. Iโ€™ll write as if these dreams are already my reality, feeling the emotions they bring.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that I am a full-time writer working from home. Each morning, I start my day with a warm cup of coffee in my favorite cozy spot, sunlight streaming through the windows as I write with ease and inspiration. I love the flexibility of my careerโ€”it allows me to set my own schedule and be fully present for my family. The financial freedom it provides has given us the ability to travel, create beautiful memories, and live comfortably. I feel so proud of the recognition and respect Iโ€™ve earned by doing what I love, and it fills me with joy to know my words inspire and connect with others around the world.

โœจ I am so happy and grateful now that we live in our dream home. Our house is spacious and welcoming, with enough room for each of our children to have their own space to relax and grow. We have a bright game room filled with laughter, a cozy movie room where we snuggle up for family nights, a workout room that keeps us energized, and private offices where my husband and I feel focused and inspired. Outside, our beautiful pool sparkles in the sun, and the outdoor living space is perfect for hosting friends and family. The sprawling green lawn is where the kids play freely, their laughter filling the air. We love entertaining hereโ€”thereโ€™s always so much to do, and our home feels warm, immaculate, and inviting for every guest who visits.

โœจโœจ I am so happy and grateful now that my family is able to travel the world together. Our options for transportation, destinations, and experiences are limitless. I am always filled with excitement and anticipation for our next adventure. Sometimes itโ€™s just my husband and me, reconnecting on a romantic getaway; other times, we travel with the kids, extended family, or close friends, creating lifelong memories together. Our children embrace each new culture with curiosity and gratitude, growing into compassionate, open-minded citizens of the world. Every journey brings us closer as a family, and I love the joy and wonder we share exploring this beautiful planet.

The last part of my daily manifestation practice is to choose one scene to meditate on. Today I am going to imagine my family and I enjoying a day at a resort in Virgin Gorda called Oil Nut Bay. I have found pictures online of the exact villa we will stay in. As I imagine, I am going to use my five senses to bring the scene to life. Here are a few pictures that I will use for inspiration.

Iโ€™m wrapping up today with 30 to 60 minutes of reading from this book. Iโ€™ll let you know what insights come up tomorrow! Thatโ€™s it for Day 1โ€”cheers to 364 more days of manifesting greatness ahead!
